"One Peso" captures the resourcefulness, the indomitable spirit, and the entrepreneurial nature of the Cuban people. I was drawn to this man as I wandered down a side street in Old Town Havana searching for icecream. One hat at a time and one peso at a time he earned his honest living sitting on his doorstep in the warmth of the late afternoon tropical sun.

Thanks to my husband, Edwin Wiebe, and my mentor, Sharron Milstein, I have been inspired to explore the world through the lens of a camera. On my second trip to Cuba, I graduated from my well travelled point and shoot to a Nikon SLR film camera.

In between travelling, spending time in nature, and nurturing our garden oasis, I follow my passion as a Career Coach. I encourage people on their quest for a more congruent livelihood and finding their true purpose.
